Returns

Because of the nature of our goods, we do not offer the option for any goods purchased from our website to be returned for refunds.

Our clothing range can be exchanged for a different size, within 1 month from purchase. But not for a different style or refunds. 

Gift Cards

We do not offer any refunds on gift cards.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order placed on our website is 48 hours before your selected pickup date/time. After this time we do not accept any more cancelations for refunds.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: hello@pajamasandjam.com

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation. We will need your banking details to issue the cancellation refund, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
