Shipping policy

You can order online for in-store pickup. You can also arrange your own courier to pickup your order from our store. We do not accept any responsibility for orders damaged during shipping, we do package your order. The moment your order leaves our store into the hands of your courier or yourself, you are responsible for your package.

Please note that it's very important once you've decided to proceed with your order that you make collection arrangements accordingly to some points that needs to be kept in mind.

• Person in charge for collection should be transporting the cake flat in the back of the car with another person supporting it.
• Speeds should be kept really very slow and even slower when reaching a stopping point, so it might be good to place a note on the back window "wedding cake in transit".
• Aircon needs to be active and cake should not be in direct light at all times, or left in the car.
• Please let them plan their routes to be able to go from us to the venue directly.

We Trust you understand that the transport of your cake is of the same importance as when we are baking it.

We will be serving single portions cakes from our shop every weekday for walk ins.

We offer pickup from our store as an option. You will be able to select this option during the checkout process and you will see the specific pickup date for your order.
